Talking beat a new Civic Si hatchback

ok...so i was on hwy on the other day

and there was a new red Civic Si hatch(pretty much stock, except with a lowered suspension) zipping around the traffic...i got behind him and we both going on another ramp to another hwy which has less cars

once we are on he started to punch at around 45mph and so did i, but i wasn't so sure if he was serious or not and i kept it just at 2/3 of throttle

until i hit 90mph i decided to give full throttle and inching him closer and trying to pass him

at 105mph i have passed him and he gave me a bad look as i took away!!! hahahahha

it was a great kill man, i knew that i can take him anyday, this car is pretty much the same as the RSX base model, using the same engine and gearbox....

if it is the RSX-S, it will take the TL base

that's a good stretch of hwy that you can let it loose. The other one I like is from 401 west to 403. I've done 180 km/h there

i swear those Civic SI's are notorious for weavin in n out. a few days ago this SI goes all the way to the fast lane and then cuts all the way to the off ramp in one shot. it pissed me off! one of these days those rubberneckers are gonna get smacked.

Stock to stock, I would beat an RSX-S all day. RSX-S's exceed TL-S's when equipped with a piggyback Hondata ECU and CAI.

ok wateva you say. a TL type s hits at least a low 15 to high 14 1/4 mile. a type r integ hits a 14.7 1/4 mile stocc and i know that the rsx type s is faster then the type r so how can you say that a TL type s can beat a rsx type s.

I used to walk on my friend's Type R teg back when I was stock. It's close but we have a MUCH better top end. It's just hard to get all 3600 lbs of the TLS moving without burning too much rubber. Also, for the record, RSX-S's run low 15s stock. With mods, they can be much faster (some with even 450hp!).

but the Type R can be dangerous if it's fully moded, with a super high final drive gearbox can take the NSX from a stop, but tops out quickly thou

With Signal Auto's V-Mount intercooler set up I think it eliminated the need for the grille

no need to get a si hatch. most people get the hatches and swap out the motors anyways. so why not go with a cx or vx hatch and drop in a gsr or b20 and spank on foos. my cousin has a 92 eg hatch with a b20 turbo everything else stocc and layed down a 13.5 1/4 mile and he even let up at the end

actually the B18C fits best in a Civic

it's lighter and smaller than H22 and about as powerful

it is alot harder to swap in a h22a into a civic. some people tend to have problems with the axles snapping with h22a swaps.
