I call Concord Acura and they want $285, that includes changing the transmission fluid. I bet they are doing the same.

Forget about 15k service, it's BS. I went to Acura of Serramonte, the guy told me quietly so called 15k service, if you change your oil and keep track of all fluids condition, you don't need it. I am just planning to bring in for tranny oil change at 20k.

Sunnyvale Acura charge $200 for 15K service. But it
doesn't include transmission oil change. I think 15K
service is overcharged service.
Because they did nothing
but just oil change and rotation. If you don't have
warranty work to be done, you can try Foreign Affair
(http://www.fahonda.com) in Santa Clara. All my previous
Honda & Acura were serviced there.

Walnut Creek Autopros 925.933.1050 charged me $120 which included a transmission oil change and synthentic engine oil. It's a small independent shop which specializes in hondas and acuras. Mike, the owner is an incredibly nice guy who loves hondas and acuras. (He almost yelled at me when we had the audacity to buy a Mazda MPV instead of an Odyssey....)

Mike was the first person to suggest Comptech springs and sways when I complained about the numb handling in my TL. He also put me in touch with another of his customers who had installed them so I could make sure the ride wasn't too firm.

I trust Mike completely.

I'm doing this myself, at least I know what kind of parts I'm using and I know it's being done right.

i asked about the 30k service and it seems they don't do much. besides the oil change and air filter change. Oh, the change the Micron A/C filters too. Everything else is just 19-point inspection crap. I can change both kinds of filters myself for way less than $290 that they want. I will have then change my oil and transmission fluid instead and save $200.
I think that the only service worth getting is the 60K one.
I say, save your money and just CHANGE all the fluids you can, that to me is worth paying, but it's not worth paying for stupid checks which they do anyway when you bring your car in for an oil change.
