Base to Type-S swap

Base to Type-S swap
So Saturday night as i was driving around, my timing belt had snapped and ended up taking the motor with it. i work at an Acura dealership and my main technician said that he could replace the engine but to look up more information on swaps. what all is needed for a the swap? any info is helpful

You can make the J32A2 run in your car but you will not get full power as the Base model does not have the IMRC Controller and Higher Redline + ECU Mapping for the J32A2. As a standalone engine you can completely plug and play it... Will you get the same performance? Nope..
Search for the J35A3 (MDX Engine) as well it is plug and play and would have better performance than a ECU-less J32A2.
