Baby/Child Car Seat For TLs
Looking for a car seat that is combatible with the built-in tethers on the rear of the seat. Our child is 25#'s, but I want this to last a while. Looks as if many seats go from 25# to 60±#'s. Suggestions please.

The Britax seats are probably the best.
When we were looking at the end of last year, there were only about two models (of ALL brands we could find) that were LATCH-compatible.
We use the Britax Runabout, which is for 20-40#. That ought to last until the 4th birthday, at least. It was $200, but when you look at it, you'll see it's money well-spent. My wife tells me they're coming out with a new model- Super Elite or something like that. It goes to 80#, latch compatible. It looks like it might be for chubby kids, and isn't much taller than our Runabout. It's supposed to ship in October, I think.
We picked ours up at Little Folks, a Yahoo store. Link: http://shop.store.yahoo.com/littlefolks/index.html

Go with Britax Advantage, $50 more but the shoulder height is infinite adjustable with a turn of a knob. It is THE best child seat out there. One down side is it is only up to 40 lbs. The Super Elite is HUGE. It will take up a seat and a half.

Brittax. They cost more but your child is worth it. You don't need the upgraded shoulder adjust. You're only going to need to adjust the seat two times in the two or three years you use the car seat.
