ATTN:Streetefectz or someone good with cleaning insulation off car?
Hey,
I ot this idea from Ron. I a dynomat trunk kit on 2 days ago and it took care of the rattles from the trunk. But the spoiler and the license plate were still ratteling like crazy. So Ron told me to get that stuff that you spray and it foams to clog holes available at home depot. First I took off my spoiler my unscrewing the screw (4) on each side of the trunk. Then I took out (4) on the LED on the spoiler. Put that fixafoam stuff inside the holes and Bam it expanded alot more than I anticipated. Put the LED back on Tried to scrap most of it off and then 10 min later it starts coming out the back side of the LED. Tried to take it off but was hard as hell. I also got some on my fingers and touched the top of the spoiler and my finger prints are on there. I need someone to help take that crap off cuz i dont know how. Oh ya as for the license plate I used 3/8 in. of Weather strip. Street was right it works like a charm. Well anybody let me know. Thanx

Be careful with the rubbing alcohol, I used it when I took off the
A C U R A and it actually melted the clear coat a little. Was so pissed at myself and then someone ripped off my "A" badge goughing up the paint so I got it all fixed by my insurance company.
