How would you modify your Zaino detailing instructions for a porter cable polisher? Is the polisher really helpful in bring out the shine?

No I would still do it by hand. You waste too much product using the PC.

So what do you use the buffer for, if anything?

I had the same question, but I wouldn't use the PC to apply it, only to buff it off. The main question I have though is hwo good is using the PC to take it off? Do you have to change the polisher part often or clean it off? Anyone done this with Zaino yet?

If not I should receive my PC within the week and will be trying it on my own

I use my PC for applying abrasives, like 3M SMR and the like. I've heard people use it for applying Zaino, but I have not.

I plan to try it as well Andrew. Review to follow.

Guys, where the machine buff really stands out is on dark colored cars. You may not notice that substantial of a diference on a white/silver car, but try hand polishing a dark (black) car, and you'll see the benefits of a machine that moves a lot faster than the human hand and further prevents swirl marks/light surface scratches.
