asking for exhaust setup inputs

I am currently running AEM CAI, stock cat, no midmuffler, and no resonator.

Due to a recent rear-ending accident my left muffler has to be replaced along with rear bumper

Long story short, I'm waiting for a pair of Tsudos in the mail, and thinking about installing the M2 headers and downpipe (ebay brand) that have been laying around for over a year once the Tsudo mufflers arrive.

Do i need a resonator to eliminate the very possible rasp?
The shorter the length of a resonator, the deeper the tone... or is it the other way around? (sorry i know this has been mentioned before i just cant seem to be able to navigate myself to the right thread)

All inputs are welcomed

If you do dislike the sound you get, a resonator is a great part for tuning the sound so you do like it. Mostly resonators reduce droning or resonation...raspiness...it is kinda in the muffflers...

be careful with those ebay brand headers. they are known to have fitment and durability issues.
