Armrest FUBAR what parts I need

The spring/hinge at the back of my armrest came off and a plastic tab that keeps the top armest has broken, what do i need to get to replace?

i cant believe this is actually being asked.. you look at your console, see whats broken and umm.. replace the broken parts?
