Has anybody's door armrest start separating where the window controls are?

Mine has come off on three of the four doors and was interested to know what you guys have been able to do.

It seems the Florida heat has taken its toll on the door handles. At first i thought it was me, then i realized i never put my arms on the door rest.

I've been meaning to do my back doors for about 3 years. Just haven't gotten around to it.

For the rear doors, to avoid removing the door panels, I've seen somewhere to use a shower curtain rod, gorilla glue & 2 small boards, just don't open them until it sets.
