Argh stupid clipp!!!

I wanted to remove my resonator today, so I got underneith, jakced it up and started taking out the clips, the first screw and clip were easy came right out, but when I got to the second one, every side broke off of the inner pull out piece and now theres no way ti get it out....just a shattered chunk left, and its impossible to fit a knife under it or anything

I had the same problem. Some of them just come out and others are really hard. I think the hard ones are full of dirt or something. I destroyed 2 doing the same thing you are doing. It sucks. You can get away with only removing the bottom screw and the screw in the wheel well and gently pull back the bumper cover. There are 2 bolts to remove under there and the bottom of the resonator will come out. Remove the airbox and small v-pipe first and you will not have much trouble. This is also a good way to get on the filter to a CAI if you ever get one.
