anyone know if it can be done?? will the size match the tl's?

if you want the accords steering wheel it will just bolt on no modifications.

I have the car and the wheel is nicer than ours, but it is not as thick and does not, in my opinion feel as good in my hands.

I don't think it will bolt up, my wife has an 03 model, and I think you would need the whole assembly, not just the wheel. I could be wrong, but it doesn't look the same.

The steering wheel may fit, but the audio controls are different.
