I've been looking online for a service manual ever since buying my '03 TL-S.
Helms doesn't have them. NOBODY has them!
WTF? I can get a service manual for an '04 for $8. Why the hell is it so hard to find a service manual for an '03?
If you have one you'd like to sell, let me know. If you know where I can download one (I'll pay) let me know. I'm not looking for a freebie. My car is no longer under warranty and I'd like to have a service manual so I can repair it as needed.
Thanks.

You need a 12volt test light from the parts store. All the fuses are marked- find the one you need and remove to check if its blown. Good? see if power is there on both sides of the fuse-
test the dash switch- is there power there- thats your most likely part failure- $25
if power test so far, test at the back of the lights, nothing? check relay
no need to trace wires- just check for power points unless you suspect a cut wire.

I haven't seen a free service manual online for the 99-03 TL or 01-03 CL, so I just purchased one from helms (they also have them for 99-03 TLs), but there are some free ones out for the 04 TL, Integra, etc

Alldata is great for on the spot, but for a true investment into your TL, buy the "Helm's" hard copy manual. It will pay for itself the first couple times you use it, even if you don't do your own repairs. Best damn money you'll ever spend on your TL ! Just think of the last time any work done was done on your car and you were placed at the mercy of a shop just waiting to gouge you only to check a problem for way more than the initial cost of this manual. Also once you decide to sell the car, you can resale the manual for $50. You can't get a better return than this, surely not the stock market.
