Anyone flare their wheel wells to resolve rubbing issues?
I just installed the prokit by eibach. I put my 18s back on am experiencing some rubbing issues when i take turns, train tracks ect. The rubbing isnt too bad but I can see some wear on the outside of the tire. The size of the tires are 235/40/18 on a 18x7.5 45 offset rim.
Anyone on this board tried rolling out or cutting the fender wall to fix this problem. i dont feel like getting new tires yet bc i have about 60% tread left.
Pics would be appreciated.

part of the problem is the lower offset you are running. i would suggest rolling the fenders if you want to help eliminate the rubbing. the ideal offset for that size is a +47 or greater. prefferably a +50 to +55

Thansk guys, mostly the back rubs when I take turns aggressivly and even when I dont also when I go over bumps theres slight rubbing. The front only rub if i turn into my driveway quickly.
I dont even want to put my system in bc the rubbing will get even worse.

This little article should cover it. It's better if you try using a heat gun, so the paint doesn't crack and you end up with a cleaner roll.

I have a fender puller and rolling tool. I would let you use it, but you have to come to Toronto. :p
Managed to fit 235's in the front, and 255's on a 9.5" wide tire in the back of my 240SX with this wonderful peice of machinery.

THe rubbing has gotten better, I only rubn during big bumps, when I take turns agressively around 40-45 mph there is no rubbing, but now my paint under the feder flare is chipping, any ideas?
Should i use some touch up paint underneath there so it wont keep cracking, I dont want it to start cracking onto the body of the car.
