I wanted the Falken ZE-512 tires for my TL, but Tire Rack doesn't carry the brand, so I shopped around and found ONLINETIRES.COM- I placed my order early this morning, and they still haven't charnged my card or sent me anything about shipping. On top of that, when I call, I just get an answering service, and I know they're open (or so their website says)...

Has anyone delt with OnlineTires.com before?

yep, open from 8:30 to 4:30 PT- I called at 12:00 and at 5:30 CT which would be 10 am and 3:30 pm PT there...

Did they say same day shipping?

It sometimes takes a day or two for your CC to get charged and/or to receive shipping information.

If you placed the order in the morning I won't worry until Friday late afternoon...
