Just wondering if any of you TL-P (modded) guys have run against a TL-S. No B.S. stories, just real encounters.......

 

i did..raced a TL-S from a stop..he only start gain on me after i shift into 2nd(45 or 50above)..

 

yo frank, was it a type-s agp with heavy a$$ rims in ft laud? i dynoed better than him @ cybernation!??? my 99 had more torque and hp, moral of the story: 18" is the max before you lose your speed on the TL also, sometimes it's the driver and not the car!

 

I've raced 2 TL-S off my nitrous... Got one of them 3 times (he was probably at my rear bumper, but he wasn't far away at all), then another TL-S I ran into on the highway, did a 50-100 run and I was probably a car in front of him...

 

i raced a cls and beat it by a litttle bit i got i/h/e

 

yea... i raced a TLS and a CLS and lost both times... but not by much! lol

 

raced a TLS on the Grand Central Pkway a few weeks back. Was a good run, I kept up most of the way, other cars got in the way at times.

 

yo sup..naw..it was a stock black type-s..i did dyno my car at cybernation too..i put 180 at wheel with all my mod..i guess not bad at all

 

I race my friends Cl-s and dpank it all the time from 50 till 100+. Off the line i catch up to him by the end of second

 

yea, i kept up with a CLS till maybe end of 2nd, in 3rd i said buh bye and right away startin thinkin of what i can do to my are in order to catch his p.o.s and pass him
