I was thinking of painting the chrom trim around my OEM front grill to match the car, similiar to the CDN A-Spec's, I was just wondering if any other SSM owners have tried it, and what it might look like.

honestly...not a big difference....to the owner yea...but to the observers...barely noticeable, and id say a waste of time....

specially if u get oem paint too..

thats because the photoshopped image wasn't taken far enough. There's still shiney glares from the sky on the "chromed" part. Try making the wanna-be painted pieces darker still and I think it'll capture what it'll look like.

I say do it. Painted grill looks alot better, then body color the headlights too
