I'm looking to buy a 2002 Acura TL. I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with Motorcars Acura in Bedford, Ohio. Either with their service or sales departments.

We looked at Motorcars for a TL-S, but they didn't have any cars on the lot from late April thru May of this year. We dealt with a guy named Bill, who was both knowledgeble and professional, but it's tough to sell cars when you have no product on the lot.

They were pretty firm on price (sticker less $500 at the time)

We ended up buying from Acura Columbus in Dublin - they had one of every TL-S color combo on the lot. These folks were pretty firm on price as well, but were a bit more willing to talk, especially since they knew we were already talking with Motorcars and Park in Akron. Our sales person was Cindy Wright - very professional.

I can't comment on service - the car has not been in yet - I'll likely take it to Park, as it's closer to work than Motorcars. I've purchased parts from the Columbus service dept via ups - no problems

I purchased my '00 TL at Motorcars Acura. I dealt with Chuck Markusic(sp?) the sales manager. I exchanged several e-mails with him prior to my visit and he ended up matching a deal I got by e-mail in Columbus. I was pretty happy with him as he agreed to make the deal contingent on the sale of the car I was selling and refund my deposit. After the deal was done, he transferred me to Ben Gray for the paperwork who I was happy with also. Overall, I would recommend the dealer.

I was in there on 9/11 (yes, watching all the tradegy on their waiting room TV) and they had many TL-S's. As a matter of fact, I didn't see many non-type-S TL's at all.
