Congrats...had these on stock shocks on my 04 si and handled very nicely and DID give the perfect "non adjustable" drop. I've since coughed up the scratch for full coils but H&R is a great spring. I had it on stock shocks too...I'm sure the KYB combo will make you smile. Congrats!
PS...Kuruma motoring is great...fast shipping and exactly as described...bought my springs from them in the past and tein ss's now.

jus noticed...nice combination ya got there....but you might as welll just go with coilovers.. i mean by the links your posting its a roughly $800 package and for maybe $100 or less more you could get a badass set of fully adjustable coilovers such as tein basics or ksports....

Yeah, like they say above, the newer 50103 set of H&R Sports are preferred over the 51858 set, but I can tell you that I have the H&R 51858 set (installed by previous owner) and I have ZERO sag. The gap in the wheel wells front vs. back are exactly the same, four years after he installed them.
Then again, the previous owner didn't have kids, used the TL-S as a commute vehicle (with only him in the car, no carpool) so the back seat was always empty. He (and I now) always kept the trunk empty with no system - similar to me.

If you don't want coilovers, get Tokico HP shocks instead of those KYB. You'll save like $500. I got mine from seller jdmwerks on eBay.
EDIT: Also, do get the 50103 springs like everyone says. You can get those from excelerate too.

thanks for all the helps guys but I have been doing my research and Im happy with the choices I made with my setup we shall see how happy I am once I get it all installed.
The only reason why I didnt go for coilovers is simply because its just too aggressive for a daily driver... I know alot of you have coilovers and probably lots of your cars are dailys but I drive on some mean ass streets and I think Ill sacrifice a little wheel gap for the sake of my car lol. Maybe when I get some money together Ill buy a civic beater and the TL can be my weekend car THEN we can talk about coilovers and slamming it but for now my daily driver is gonna be sitting on some KYBs and H&R Springs.
Im soooo excited to get this stuff on the car its gonna be a long 1-2 weeks waiting for my packages to arrive

the whole point of gettin coilovers is so you can drop ur car to the height u desire, as opposed to gettin springs and later saying "oh i wanna go lower" and wasting more money duhh

eh I dont really need that kind of adjustablity since Ill never be driving my car that low... ya know? I mean its a nice feature just not for me... like I said if the TL ever turns into my weekend car THEN I will consider coilovers so I can bring her low but until then it just doesnt seem worth it to me.

I dont see the need to be nasty about it... not EVERYBODY wants their car slammed to the ground
