WIll a 2000 TL Airbox fit a 2002 TL-S

 

No. You need an 02 or 03 airbox cover.

 

All I really need is the bottom resonator part, is that the same for both years?

 

Nope, not according to acuraoemparts.com.

Check the diagram pics for "Resonator Chamber" for the models in question. The resonator unit is drastically different, and of course the part # is also different.
