I have a 2000 TL... that just had the airbag deployed on the driver and passenger side ! pftt

I have a Burlwood MDX steering wheel for it and now that the airbag is deployed the insurance company is going to pay to replace it...

My question is.... Can I can get an airbag that has that has the Acura emblem on it vs the old one that just has the imprinted version of the "A" symbol... will it fit?

like the ones on the 02' / 03' TLs ...

I forgot which year of the MDX burlwood steering wheel I have that fit my 2000 tl... but maybe I should match the MDX Airbag if it has the symbol I like because the color will match... if the plug or whatever fits...

If someone knows which MDX wheel it is and if the airbag will seat and function properly ... plz let me know

Does the 2000 TL have a single stage or dual stage airbag?

The 02/03 is dual stage so there might be some issues using that one on your 00.
