Air Intake Saved Me Money
........Today i took my car to the dealer to get my 75,000 mile service. It has about 77,812..and was starting to whine and plead to be taken into the doctors for a check up.....I take my car to a Hond Dealership that used to own an Acura franchise for oil changes but had never gone their for a service .... they still service Acura's on the average of 15%-20% cheaper than the other Acura dealers in the area as I was about to find out...
.......The guy as usual told me that nothing was wrong with my car, he also informed me that I saved $70.00 bucks off my bill because of my aftermarket air filter..He also surprised me by saying how much the aftermarket air filter is keepin my car's engine clean therefore enabling it to run as strong and smooth as it still does , having so many miles in such a short period of time.......( i also get the oil changed every 2000 miles)
.......See the dealer {any Acura service department actually} would have charged 70 or even more to "clean air filter element", that service is not needed since I have a Weapon R cone air filter. So if you have a cone air filter and you take your car in and notice the clean air filter BS, ask for the manager........
..My total was $291.97 for the service......The 50,000 mile service cost me $542.01, this was at Acura West......I got my car here, for a steal, but they make up for it in the service department........big time!!!!!....So if you are in the DC Area, take your car to Ourisman Honda, in downtown Bethesda..........you save big time!!!!

would a drop in filter do the same? meaning save money? Not a cai nor a short ram...but the little drop in filter replacement..i'd love to know!
