Air intake install

I bought my 2002 Tl about 3-4 weeks ago. Not to long ago I realized that the CAI wasn't connected. I'm not really all to knowledgeable about cars but I decided to put it back on myself. I'm just want to make sure it's on correctly, I'll post some pics to show you guys.
Another thing is that I see some oil or gas around one of the bolts on top of my engine, is this a problem? If it is what should I do about it? I'll post some pics of this too, but I'm not sure how well you'll be able to see it. Thanks in advanced to anyone who helps me.

Welcome xKingJeff!

The Cai looks fine especially if your clamps are tight were it meets the throttle body.

As far as the bolt there shouldn`t be any oil at all on the that bolt. Very Weird. You can pull off that cover and check the egr ports underneath. They might be plugged up. If not leave it alone if so clean with some brake cleaner very easy to do.

Yeah, ya may wanna pull the cover and check underneath. Oil does normally tend to pool a bit in that area. Clean the TB intake and EGR passageways while you're at it. Wipe everything clean and see if it comes back.

Thanks for the welcome, and for both your replies. I got an oil change not too long ago, maybe the mechanic spilled some oil and didn't completely clean it? I'll pull of the cover and check it out just to be sure.

It's possible that the oil seen was from the last oil change, try wiping the area and check if it comes back.
