Did you ever hear a train blow its horn as it's approching an intersection?

That's what an air horn does!

Ahahaha no not quite yet.

As for the sound, ill try to post a sound clip soon. But the sound is identical to a train horn.

The tank is mounted to the frame rail behind the bumper where the intake resonator used to be. When i buy an intake ill have to move it i guess.

The compressor is on the opposite side behind the bumper, mounted next to the washer fluid tank.

The horn itself is using the stock mounting place for the factory horn, and the factory horns were relocated.

There literly is NO room remaining where the horns are. The fit was so close its crazy. I actually am going to have to adjust that upper bumper cover thingy a little bit to make it all come back togeather perfectly.

haha being a fellow computer geek myself, i cant help to point out the fact that people actually buy that switch as on/off for their comps

but regarding the topic, i think a push-button would be easier to use when encountering an idiot on the road. cuz with that missle-style switch you need to first flip open the cover and then turn it on (okay unless you leave the cover open all the time). just a thought.

Well the switch is simply a master arm/disarm... when disarmed, the factory horn sounds when pressing the wheel. when armed, pressing the wheel makes big boom. the horn is not engaged by the switch, simply activated....

yea.... I'll get some pics of this PA system. LOL - I am so installing an airhorn now. I've really wanted one, I thought it would accent the PA system, so maybe now that the king of electric mods has done it, I shall follow in his footsteps!!!!
