I have been looking at upgrading my gauges. It seems that I can only find 1 set of gauges available for the 03 Type S. Before I go and buy the pinkish ones off Ebay and try my luck on installing them, I figured Id ask and see what people on here have. Most of the threads for our cars are old and the images and links do not work anymore. Any advice greatly appreciated!

The Type-S gauges are the best ones for the 2G TL. IMO.

I agree. I've been considering creating a custom LCD display one myself as a fun side project but barring that I'd keep or upgrade to the type-S one.

Years ago when I first got on the site, I remember seeing a post about someone that took the gauges apart, took off the blue under the numbers in the gauges and repainted them. Cant seem to find the post now.
