How and where do you install the cai, so that water wont get suck in, if you go over a deep puddle. I heard aem has something new out (Air by-pass part), has anyone install this.

Well you can do that or Comptech has a cold air intake as well i think they call it the ice box or something like that. And they say you won't soak up any water. I would check there site out www.comptechusa.com

Sorry man I just checked the website and they don't have it out for the Type S yet. But I think if I was you I would wait and see what they have before the AEM. Also the Air bypass thing has a recall on it from AEM.
