adjusted my headlights now one seems less bright

So I recently blacked out my head lights and put everything back together but the height of the beams were off, so I adjusted them both and now one seems to put out less output anyone got any suggestions?

what I mean by output is when I pull up and aim on my garage this is what the beams look like

__000000__ __ ___ one hits really bright and the right side is kinda faint
