Question add some fluid at 7500 miles?

Someone said something about fluid that the dealers add when you bring in for 7500 mile service. That's supposed to take all the dirt out of your system...

does that really help?
What's the name?

Thanks

The Dealer will add a motor oil additive.
Iam not sure if all the Dealers do it.
It is BG Products MOA additive they put it in at certain intervals.

There shouldn't be any dirt in your engine. That oil is going to look like they just put it in. Don't waste your money on engine treatments for a new car. JMHO

At 7500 miles, I seriously don't think any additive or cleaner is necessary for your engine. Take a look at your owners manual and you will see what the 7500 mile service entails. From what I recall, its an oil change, tire rotation/balance, grease some joints, and top off some fluids.
