no, it doesnt fit. i found that out too after purchasing it. what a bummer... maybe with a bit of alteration it would fit, but my trunk rattles too much anyways, so I figured I'd go license frame-less

Same here, didn't fit in the rear, so I put it on the front.

unfortunately i don't have a front plate, thank florida laws. I think it would only make sense for tim to have made them so they'd fit the car that this website is based around?

I will take pictures and post this weekend

I'll take some shots too when I am out fixing my shock sensor. I'll try to take a good enough shot to show it not quite fitting.

Here's some quick pics of the comparison between the stock license frame and the acura-tl frame...

hmmm...that's weird...it fits on mine perfectly...but it was orginally made for NJ plates...that's why it may not be fitting right.

mine looks very similar to the pics from copland007. There is a gap between the plate and the cover and the bottom edge of the cover rests on the ledge. The pic is copland's. It seems that the bottom edge of the cover is too wide

Looking at mine, it looks like the picture above, I never even notice it touches that bottom part, and I have had mine on for months!.

If anyone that is not happy with their licence plate, and wants their money back, please email orders@autocarparts.com with your order # (very imporant, must have order #) and I will make sure you get your money back

A very kind and awesome customer service move Tim! Even though mine doesn't fit correct on the back, I am satisfied with it living on the front. I enjoy supporting your efforts both through ordering all my parts through your site, and by showing my support on my car
