Man, Acura has too many crappy service departments. I just got my car back after a whole week for fixing my window sash moldings. Mind you this took about 6 monts to do, since they were too stupid to do this themselves (contracted an outside bodyshop to do the job. After picking up my car (I had to call myself to see if the car was ready, they didn't bother to call me) I checked to see if they did the job correctly. Once I opened my drivers side door, the whole rubber cushion/seal for the door was hanging off. Then I checked my doors to see if they scratched or dented my doors. I find a chip that was covered up by touch up paint and faint scratches all over the passenger and driver side doors (these were the doors were the sash had to be replaced). I brought this to the attention of the service manager, his answer was that no way they or the body shop would have done that. He explained that he would have let me know if they had damaged my car (yeah right). After about an hour of arguing, he said he would look into this. I've called and left 5 messages this a$$hole, and still he has not returned my calls. I love my car, but I'm thinking about getting rid of it so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
The service I'm talking about is Metro Acura in Philadelphia, Pa.

I really needed to vent!!!!!

it's just the that there are some *******s working at that dealer, and yes, call them and tell them what's going on, and they'll take care of it.
