Acura OEM Front Windshield replacement
Anyone recommend a good site online where I can purchase a new or used OEM Acura Windshield? I've tried searching and haven't come up with anything cheaper than acuraoemparts.com. They are asking $394+ shipping/tax, so a few dollars under $500 out there door.
I've tried local junk shops but no luck. I have a 2002 Acura TL base model if that helps. Thanks in advance!
ps: What other year/model TL windshields are compatible with the model I have?

I'm currently running a Pilkington Replacement Windshield and I must say I am quite happy with it! it was cheap! (try just 80 bucks brand new from the factory and installed! in México).
There are no other OEM windshields like ours, Actually I believe the TL uses a one of a kind design which makes it unique.

do you have glass shops that operate out of former gas stations or similar?
CK craiglist online or your local pennysaver in the mail
Most windshields 100 dollars, installed by (unknown family origins) in the USA.
good quality, DOT approved. I have them in a couple of cars over the years
Same shield would be billed to insurance for 500, but 100 cash and done

Burning Brakes
stealer was supposed to install OEM w/s in my car when i bought it, last year. told stealer i would pay the difference between OEM and aftermarket, after waiting 3 weeks for my car, stealer advised OEM tl glass was on national back-order!! stealer told me Pilkenton is the OEM supplier for all Honda glass!!! reluctantly, i let them install the Pilkenton glass. week after taking delivery, two issues arrised, 1. the Pilkington glass sits lower in the w/s frame causing the upper corners of the weather strip to contract leaving a 1/8" gap between the weather strip and the body of the car!!! may be an installation issue but the installer says no, and stealer refuses to do anything about it, saying it's an installation issue. "NO LEAKS" 2. 3 significant stone chips in less than a year, 10,000 miles. each hit could be heard, but experience tells me these hits should not have caused any damage to the glass, yet all three did. i have purchased a new OEM glass and installation kit because the car deserves it, just waiting for the opportunity to install it.

^ My Pilkington glass is the same size of OEM, No gaps.. But I agree with the chips, I don't have even 50K on it and it already looks like a warzone in there... But I cant really blame 80bucks worth of windshield... If it gets worse ill just pay another 80 bucks for other 50K.
