1 thing to think about is, if your airbag deploy, you could have your Acura logo imprint on your face for a long time. Don't do it. It is not designed for the 99-01 model

Talked to the dealer. It is designed to break down the center. Each piece is secured to the airbag cover. It will not come off.
You'd have to buy the airbag to get that emblem.

okay get this guys, so if you want the acura logo on the steering wheel cover, YOU HAVE TO GET THE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY, there is no way around it, and NO that thing will not fly off onto your face, remember they probably thought of that...use your common senses!!!
