Acura loaner policy?
Does Acura have a loaner policy for cars under warranty that need warranty work? Or is it a dealer choice? I have had my 5 month old car in the shop for at least 30 days total (land rover) and it is important for me to not go loaner less if problems arise.

dealer here gives loners, but not sure if it's just this one or national policy. I'd think it's policy since most luxury car makers do that.
new car in the shop for 30 days...british engineering at its finest i'd say. I'd make sure to be raising some hell at the dealer for that.

Acura DOESN"T have a loaner policy. When you buy the car...most dealers will make u initialize acknowledging that Acura isn't required to give you a loaner car. They may be nice and do it for u. One of my local dealer never gives out loaners, which another local dealer always give me a loaner or rental.
Infiniti has a loaner policy. They will give u a loaner/rental everytime.

I have had my car 3years now & twice my car was in for warranty work that I needed a loaner car. My dealership used Enterprise Rental that was in the same auto park as them or gave you an ACURA loaner car. I got a Integra from the dealership & a Chevy Malibu from Enterprise that ACURA paid for. On the new T.V. add for my dealership they say they now have over 40 new loaner car s & show pictures of new TL & CL cars.

I'm pretty sure car loaners are based on the car dealership., ask them before you buy the car. My dealer offers loaners for both warranty and maintenance work. I have gotten a loaner because I didn't feel like waiting for an oil change.
