Acura Client Services Experiences

I have talked to ACS a few times concerning my car and tranny.

When I was not happy with what he told me, I asked to speak to his boss or someone else. He told me that he was a regional manager and that there was nobody else.

Has anybody else gotten this dodge from ACS? Is this a tactic that they use to get you to stop calling? b/c this is the guy who fielded my car. would a "regional manager" be the one answering the phone?

I have heard of "grade inflation" at schools but "title inflation" is shameless.

Acura Service

Yes, sorta... Mine was a situation where the Nav system went out on the wife's care. Talked to local because the vehicle has only been serviced by Acura and they were not trying to help defray the costs. Using the web, I found the corporate ombudsman and ended up with a free replacement.
