Acura Client Services

Just giving you the guys a heads up. I too have been having the problem with my tranny and they arn't owning up to it. Now to top it all off, I called the Rep I have at Acura Client Services to tell him the flushing of the tranny and adjustments improved it for a week or two but it's acting up again, slippining, mis shifts, etc.
I have phoned him three times and they have yet to return my call. So it appears not only are they not going to own up to the problem, but they are going to ignore it. I have an attorney friend who told me to pull the paper work on the lemon law and start the process. He said I bet you get service then......

Did you try this:

Acura Division - American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
Business: (800) 382-2238
Fax: (310) 783-3535

Acura Client Services
1919 Torrance Boulevard
Torrance, California 90501-2746
Mail Stop 500-2S-2A

I have met with 2 of the reps, Amy Teerlinck and Charlie Golding.

I don't know if that helps, but I thought I'd post the info anyway.

Jason
