Posted this is the 3g forum as well. My '04 Anthracite TL has been painted three times now and have filed the lemon law notice w/ Acura. Spoke w/ a buddy in the industry and he said that they will try and settle, they don't want to have a car out there w/ a lemon law title. I live in Florida and went to the Atty General's web site, and another '04 has already been bought back. Right now they have me dealing w/ American Honda mediation and they said they'd get back to me next week maybe. Can anyone tell me if they've been through this proces before and how it went? Anyone from Florida? According to the AG, if I file the notice they either have to give me a new vehicle or give me my money back, my previous car, and my down payment less a usage fee (number of miles used out of a life of 120,00 miles x price of purchas)
