But if you want to get rid of those swirls and bring it back to factory condition, take it to Wes, he's in Scarborough. His SN is Wes_R, and tons of people here can vouch for him.

No more water marks/spots.
(make sure to wash it in between body panels so not to pick up debris)
I even go over the seals and cracks with Qtips - yes, i'm that fastidious.
Get used to washing cars - welcome to life.

Make a trip to Canadian tire and buy the following:
carwash
wash mitt
drying towel
tire shine, wheel cleaner, all that good stuff if you want
then spend the rest of your life over in the Wash and Wax section. You won't regret it.

It doesn't show up in cracks and is fine on plastic, rubber and glass.
The spray detailer works nice too.
Moisten the shammy when removing the wax - one comes with it usually.
Its really not a wax, its a polymer that has conventional car wax properties.
Wait for this stuff to go on sale at Crappy Tire, it was just on a month or so a go for 45% off.

Isn't it great!
If some gets in the cracks it disappears.
I find I have to moisten the cloth for it to come off good...
Try the Turtle ICE Synthetic Spray Wax.

Its almost like a syrup (smells good too) and the spray gets everywhere, but once you learn to apply it, its really nice for touch ups and heavy wear areas (like where I have to stick my new driver magnet). It leaves a good feel where you apply it - nice and slippery.
Also dissipates scratches and dents...
I sometimes spray it into a shammy, then use the shammy to apply it.
Before Turtle ICE, I used NewFinish.
On a different note, what type of car is a 3.2 TL...
I've never heard of them before??

How does it dissipate dents?
#23
Ill take a picture to show you if you want.
Even my dad agrees that they are less noticeable - after I waxed it he said "the dents sure are less noticeable" without me initiating a conversation.
IDK what it does, scratches and dents don't show up as much.

i use the wash and detailer spray and liquid and it makes the car whiter, brighter, sleek to the touch and yes, it smells good too! the only thing though (i blame it on the smell) is that bugs are attracted to it.
#25
SAME! I notice there's always a bunch of dead flies or whatever the day after I wax it. They seem to just settle down on the trunk and fry themselves.
#26
i call my car "bugs" cause there is always at least one on the exterior. and i think they love the smell to death cause one time there were like ten giant gnat lookin bugs mating on my hood. i sucked them up with a vacuum when i got done cleanin my friend's toyota.
#27
Mine usually just kill themselves off,
kindly they don't leave a mess before their lives end.
Its interesting how they don't attach themselves, usually they just fall off in the wind.
Its only the sweet smelling detailer that I think they like.

Just wondering, whats the point of re=painting a Nighwawk Black Pearl car "Piano Black"?? That is going to be 100x harder to maintain since there is zero flake or pearl in it...not to mention, it wont be different enough for most people to even notice lol
