Unhappy Acura 3.2 TL doesn't run as good as before

hey there guys i am postin a thread about my acura 3.2 TL and i just want to know how cars get slower? I just got an AEM cold air intake on the TL last week. Tomorrow I am getting an oil change. I also got new BOSCH spark plugs on last week. My friend said there can be something with the Transmission fluid. What do you guys think and what should i do to get it running normal again?

How many miles on your '00?
Go check your trans. fluid to see whether its a pinkish color (which is normal) or brownish color (which is bad). If it's a brownish color, you're going to need a trans. flush.

Also..it might just be some dirty fuel injectors that causes your car to feel "sluggish." Go to your local Auto store and buy yourself some Fuel Injector cleaning compound. I personally use STP and it works very well..but Chevron Techron is also a good cleaning compound.

Stick with OEM NGK-R plugs!

It could be the BOSCH plugs.

BOSCH plugs and Honda engines really don't like each other. In my former B20B delsol, I had the BOSCH platinum 4+ plugs in there for a while.. The engine started acting sh*tty after a couple weeks. I swapped them with the OEM NGK-R plugs that honda recommends and it felt a lot better! The same may apply to other Honda models. Look around in the honda-tech forums. There's a lot of discussion about bosch plugs there.

Stick with OEM NGK-R plugs!

The plugs go till 100K. It is advisable to unscrew them clean them with a little wd40 and screw them back in. This way you won't have a problem of spark plugs melting and fusing itself into the port.

our cars dont like plugs other than iridium plugs, for starters. get the bosch out and get some denso or ngk (which is what was in the car)
how do you know your car is slower? just the seat of your pants telling you that? if so its not a very accurate tester. that and warmer weather will slow cars a little
