accord v6 lips + 2004 and up leather seats

Does anyone know if the accord v6 lip will fit on a 2000 TL? I've tried searching for the kit for our TL its hard to find and also they want too much for lips that aren't even painted to match our cars color. any help or thought will be appreciated and also does anyone know if the 2004 TL seat will fit on a 1999-2003. our is more luxury and the type is more stiff but i kinda like the sporty bucket seat that comes equip on the 04

well. wat year accord?? and i doubt it.. maybe with some minor/major modifications yea.. but i wouldn't.. besides, accord lip probably cost as the same amount or almost or watever as our OEM ones. and about the seats? eh......

I would imagine you'd need the seat rails in addition to the seats and then who knows if the connectors are the same. Sure it could be done, but at what cost?

And then you would have to worry about electronics.
