Accord fog lights

I just purchased a set of Accord fog lights for my 99 TL. Does anyone have the directions that someone posted a few days ago? I read through it and it sounded like that guy knew what he was doing.

i got them like last week too, the wiring is pretty simple. only thing thats gonna be a bitch is the actual mounting of the lights.
