Just bought a new ACC Cabin Filter for my AC. Does anyone know how to replace this darn thing?

Buddy, do a search before asking anything. Most of the topics have been covered here in great detail. And if you ask about previously covered stuff, obviously not doing search for it first, most people will gently scold you for that. Like I am doing right now.

There you go. I just did my AC filters using AcuraTLFan's instructions. It was pretty easy.
