i got a question about the ac cuz of the summer time and all. my ac is only freezing cold on 60 while the car is moving at a decent speed. if at idle or in traffic or other slow traffic, it just blows the fan. im guessing this isnt normal? i should probalby recharge the freon right? another question. when i have the windows open, and the ac is on i can clearly hear the condenser working. is it supposed to be that loud or is something wrong with it

You mean the compressor working- is it clicking on and off quickly and repeatedly- then you need a recharge
Very noisy- its got a bad clutch
Close the windows after clearing hot air with the ac on!
You should get about 40 degree air from the vents-
I just gave my 01 half a can- expecting 105+ this week
Much improved cooling from it today- wife pleased

not clicking on and off and not THAT noisy but very noticeable. i guess ill just charge the baby up

NOTE read the label by the AC under the hood- special type compressor oil ONLY

And you should be able to buy it at parts store or find can with it and stop leak added already

Pag oil. Most others use something else.

Is that it? I was only adding freon the other day and not oil so I didnt put on my readin specs
I know you can buy different oils at the zone and other similar stores- buy freon and oil in seperate cans.
