ac not ac-ing

At the end of the fall I was having issues with the ac not getting cold. Of course it didn't fix itself over the winter like i had hoped. We had a couple of warm days here and now I am concerned. I took it to the local retail store where they indicated it didn't need to be recharged, the system was full. Now what? the blower blows, but it doesn't seem to cycle. Even in the winter it didn't seem to get all that warm. Any thoughts? What am I looking to spend on this or should I hurry up and sell before it gets hot out?

hhmm... if you brought you car to the AC shop, they should be able to tell you what went wrong.
A few questions:
1) Do you know if the compressor us running when AC is turned on?
2) Do you know if the electric fans (in front of the engine) start spnning when AC is turned on?
3) Check the fuse(s) for AC?

This is a 99 TL Navi. I did not take it to a AC shop, just a parts store. The clerk said I needed freon. If I bought the kit with the freon and the regulator, they would put it in for me. When they went to put it in, the gauge was reading full.

Interesting point about the fan. One spins and one doesn't. Which fuse where? This car has nearly 260,000 miles and I have not changed a fuse yet.
