Abs and TCS lights on dash board

Acura tl 3.2 base model-Hey guys i have my Abs and TCS lights on dash board lighting up recently, my guessing it's my speed sensor that is maybe shorting out. What I'm going to do is change the entire wire clip and sensor. Had a mechanic run his computer on it and it said speed senor left hand whee (driver side) If this had happened to you also i would love to know it would help alot and put me at ease. Any other suggestions or am I spot on? Thanks

thats probably it, they get rusty or break the very thin wire running power to the sensor
Also ck the splines where sensor takes its readings- need to be clean- free of crud

I dont know if aftermarket part is ok there- ck the diy section for more advice and help

Most likely the wheel abs speed sensor went. Use the OE sensor or you'll run into problems.

Make sure to use a lube spray or something that breaks away rust around the sensors because if you stress it you will break it in the hub and you will need to take the whole knuckle off and will need to drill it out or whatever else. Don't over tighten that 10 mil that holds it in either.

Could be a misfire on one or all of the cylinders had the same problem with mine a while back, does it start Normal and shift normal? also could be as simple as your gas cap not being on all way
