ABP acid rain paint job update
Just wanted to let those of you with the acid rain etching spots on the flat surfaces know about my recent dealer service. It was oil change time, so I asked them to try to make my car look better, as they had said they would do, with a complimentary buff and puff
Well, they actually did make the problem go almost totally away. I don't know what they did, but they said that they "buffed" it in-house, not at an outside contracted detailer either.
Now the spots aren't very apparent unless you really look close. It actually seems like the large spots went away, and now I have very tiny little spots occasionally.
Don't know how long this will last. Probably until the next couple of rainstorms, and then my clearcoat will melt away like the wicked witch of the west.
Just an update for those in the same boat as me (JetJock, etc)
