99 TL nav blank screen?

99 TL nav blank screen?
Any 99 w/nav here that experience blank nav. screen when starting up? Once in a while this week. I just turn the ignition again while the car is moving to reset all electronics, and nav. would boot up properly.

really weird, I have no idea... 
The closest thing I've seen is my NAV got stuck at the screen with the globe a couple times in a week. I turned the car off and on and it was fine. After that week, it's never done it again. It's been about 13 months since it did it.
