99 tl Coming off of warranty..Need advice.
I have a 99 TL that I bought used a few months ago. It has about 48K mi on it and I am taking it to the dealer tomorrow to try to get some work done under warranty. Some small stuff (various squeaks and rattles), and some larger stuff (rotors may be warped). My question is, what is the best way to get the dealer to own up and do the repairs under warranty? I just don't want to get there and have to argue over every little problem. I have done some research on current TSBs and have a good idea that all the problems should be covered. Any advice on how to deal with the service writer? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks, hods

Just take it in to the dealer... Explain the troubles and they will give you a service appointment. Take a test drive with a mechanic and "demonstrate" the problems. If your lucky you'll get new parts ordered.... For example, center console spring, and tray. Moonroof can be fixed with a 3M tape (there is a TSB on it).
Good luck,
Good luck,
