99 Seat Issue

99 Seat Issue
Hi all! My drivers seat isnt reclining. The fuse is good and tested. There is no draw. Is there a location for a harness? The rest of the seat is working just fine. I would think if it was the motor, there would still be draw. Its as if it is 100% disconnected.

Harness is under the seat and on the switch, if its not the motor then check the switch.
