Do you guys drive in auto or tiptronic (spl) ?????i am just wondering

I like to hear my AEM CAI, and i feal that tiptronic gives you that sound even in lower speeds... soo let me know how u guys are drivin

i drive in auto mainly for MPG reasons, i use the sport shift mostly on the highway

but sometimes when i feel like flooring it, i'll use Tiptro.

Sportshift most of the time. I try to keep the rpms as low as possible and coast in as low an rpm as possible, but thats just me. Auto if im lazy and tired to remember that im supposed to shift gears.

auto when i am just going from A to B.. but when i am in "need for speed" kind of mode i use SS... ss usually when im getting on the freeway going from like 5-80mph..

80% of my time i used SS mode...i luv to use engine braking and a good way to control the exhaust flow and hear dat vRooomm! but for the pass couple of days, been using Auto cuz of freaking gas price...

I prefer to drive in ss, I can get the rpms low with earlier up shifts. I also get more MPG.

Auto to and from work and most other times too.

I use SS if I'm in a good mood, just washed the car, and going some place for fun on the weekends.

There's nothing like cruising on the interstate at 70 mph in 5th, and then downshifting to 3rd for a quick overtake! If you've never done it before, try it at least once. You'll think your car really has a V8 in front.
