99-01 TL sighting fullerton, south cal
saw silver 99-01 TL with blacked out headlights.
to me, the car was rolling by, couldnt see the rims too clear, but looked like lowenharts bling blings
the back lights were converted to the 02-03's
oh, and it was all debadged except for the "A".
wonder who it was... rolled by my house.. i wanted to say wussup, but .. haha rolled away too fast
