99-01 Headlights Swap To 02-03 Headlights
I wanted to change the front of my 99 TL to make it look like an 02-03 TL. I know I need to get the Headlights, but what else am I going to have to buy? The newer headlights have the circular part, so I heard that I have to get a new hood and bumper cover (nothing a little insurance scam can't fix!!!). But what else do I need? I also want to change the tail lights and I heard that you need some kind of wiring harness. What is that all about? Please help!!!1
